Holla For Real Management Group provides amenities cleaning, apartment turn services, trash-out services, and related property support for multifamily communities.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to units and common areas at scheduled service times. Delays due to access issues may affect service completion.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due based on agreed terms (typically Net 30 unless otherwise stated). Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

Service Expectations

We perform all services using structured, checklist-based processes. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so they can be addressed promptly.

Limitations of Liability

Holla For Real Management Group is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues outside the scope of agreed services.

Cancellations

Cancellations or schedule changes should be communicated as early as possible. Last-minute cancellations may affect availability for future scheduling.
